Start the morning with a short meditation, sound healing by the Tibetan Bowls, chimes and tuning forks & the soothing fragrance with a ceremony of flowers. This combination is the best for restoring, rejuvenating and relaxing the mind, body & spirit.
Please bring a blanket or yoga mat & pillow for a restful experience. Please wear comfortable clothing and just be open to receiving healing energy.
