Held at The Plant Sanctuary, you’ll be surrounded by vibrant greenery, fostering a serene and nurturing atmosphere for rest and renewal.

During the session, you are welcome to sit or lie down, letting the waves of sound wash over you. If you drift into sleep, that’s completely natural—this is your time to be still and release.
