About the event
In this class you will learn the benefits of using almond flour vs. wheat flour in cooking making as well as learn fun information about chocolate making.
We will make a raw, vegetarian, low carb cookie dough as the center of chocolate truffles using two techniques - molded & dipped.
We will also make 2 chocolate beverages with a twist: a nutrient dense hot cacao & a hot white cacao.
Attendees will have the opportunity to taste the goodies, learn basic chocolate molding & dipping techniques & receive an eBook with the recipes.
